REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HIGH SCHOOL

High School Referees are registered through the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA).  In order to become a registered High School referee, you must contact the MSHSAA office, take a written test, and attend a rules meeting and mechanics clinic.  There are many Central Missouri high schools using CMSRA referees for their games.  If you would like additional information, contact Silas Atagana at omoruyi@aol.com .

 COLLEGE

College Referees are registered through the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA).  In order to become a registered college referee, you must contact the local college referee board, which is the Central Missouri Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (CMISOA).  They can direct you on the appropriate steps that must be taken to become a college referee.  The current CMISOA president is Michael McCrary.  You may contact him via email at whitehatmc@yahoo.com .

USSF

In order to become a Referee through the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), you must attend a two day Entry Level Clinic.  These clinics are generally held twice each year, one in late August and one in late February.  When information becomes available on new clinics, it will be posted on this site, www.cdsoccer.org, and www.mrdp.org
