HIGH SCHOOL
High School Referees
are registered through the Missouri State High School
Activities Association (MSHSAA). In order to become a
registered High School referee, you must contact the
MSHSAA office, take a written test, and attend a rules
meeting and mechanics clinic. There are many Central
Missouri high schools using CMSRA referees for their
games. If you would like additional information,

COLLEGE
College Referees are
registered through the National Intercollegiate Soccer
Officials Association (NISOA). In order to become a
registered college referee, you must contact the local
college referee board, which is the Central Missouri
Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (CMISOA).
They can direct you on the appropriate steps that must
be taken to become a college referee. The current
CMISOA president is Michael McCrary. You may contact

USSF
In order to become a
Referee through the United States Soccer Federation (USSF),
you must attend a two day Entry Level Clinic. These
clinics are generally held twice each year, one in late
August and one in late February. When information
becomes available on new clinics, it will be posted on
this site,
www.cdsoccer.org, and
www.mrdp.org.
