NOTICE!

In February, the Executive Board took action so paychecks can be distributed quicker and easier.  Starting this season, paychecks will be cut every 2 weeks.  They will be available for pickup at the fields each week after the first cut, at tournaments, and at regular monthly membership meetings.

The regular monthly meeting will be rescheduled.  Being the opening day for High School Spring soccer, many referees were working games.  Look for an email later this week full of information on the upcoming seasons.

Pictures from the Border Battle Tournament are posted in the Photo Gallery.  Over 160 teams from 10 different states, including Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado, participated in this huge event.  Initial feedback indicates great success with particular emphasis on quality refereeing.  "Great job" to everyone involved!

US Soccer announced today that it will hire referees to full-time positions for the first time ever.  Four referees will become employed by US Soccer so that they can focus efforts to on-field applications and off-field training.  The US joins a select few countries with full-time referees.  Click here for the full story.

The Columbia Pride Tournament is scheduled for April 20-22.  Please try to plan your schedules accordingly if you can help with this tournament.  It is going to be another large one this year!  Don Branaum is the Assignor, and you may send your availabilities to him at don@columbiamultisport.com .
